  Really nice to put this one away quickly after getting shut down on it 2 years ago. Giving the grade feel imo for 5 foot 6 inch wingspan. Crucial to do this kinda wide pinch with the left hand on the first move, and to dig the index and pointer in the little pocket on the hold you cross under to.

  Memorable experience for sure! A hard fought session with little expectations. From every move feeling nails, to slowly dialling it in piece by piece back to front, to somehow finally latching the first move and holding on for the send. Such an unexpected and satisfying send !!

  Turns out I can still do hard (ish) moves, climbs really well but feels very anticlimactic just doing 2 hard moves then dropping off. Nevertheless it’s good, bouldering is just training anyway right?

  Magical days in Squamish where you can still climb when it's wet. Fun session with the Seattle crew and Ash! Used the heel toe cam beta for the start and heel toe scum for the finish -- I feel like I teched out the power moves hence the personal grade.   Did that just happen?! I had zero expectation of sending today, and was settling in to this being a really hard long term project when everything just clicked and it was done. A very surreal moment. This is a great problem and unique for Squamish, with straight forward power climbing on good holds. And amazingly, this problem stays dry in the rain! I've decided to suggest a downgrade to V11. It is so hard to separate one's own performance from the objective difficulty of a climb, but I really think this can't be V12.
