  A good toe-jam once the hands are established on the flakes gets you out of the kneebar without a huge swing and a little less burliness. Really fun line.

  Best climb of the area? Starts with a no hands kneebar but then very burly getting established on the upper headwall. Is it two different problems to go left onto the flakey face or right into the arete/dihedral? Or is that just two different betas? Both are fun but I fancy the left option.

  One of the classics at Bonsai and the line that originally drew me to the area in the mid 2000’s. I always felt it was a sandbag and after climbing it again in 2020 I feel like it is somewhere in the V4-V5 range. Perhaps the question should be, which is more of a sandbag, this route or Frictionary arete In Frank.
