  Heel beta, which while it probably does make it a little easier also makes it climb beautifully. Imo, the moves off the heel are about as hard as if you were just using the undercling beta, so this only cuts out the transition into the crimps of Res and really on takes the difficulty down a little while boosting the quality significantly.
