What a line! So beta intensive and technical from start to finish. Lots of lessons learned through the process. The choss at the top is not so bad anymore, in case that was deterring anyone.

The lip moves aren't too bad but arriving just before the pocket and realizing how pumped you are feels bad man

More fun than I expected! The back foot toe hook and right foot heel hook sequence we followed kind of reminded me of Tomb Raider. Just wish it was more moves

I feel like the pocket move on this variation is harder than the pocket move on Pearl. Thankfully you're not as pumped haha

Really rewarding to finally put this down. I started working on Far From last year but couldn't quite get it before winter. Despite Tranquility having since been established, I felt Far From should be paid its dues first. I climbed this as an eliminate and kept the same dab-friendly beta sequence I'd found last year, avoiding the new dug out feet and arete options, in keeping true to the original line. Really wish I had sent before the dig but still very happy with the result. It wasn't the most popular line but I really respect the vision, work, and effort Sean put into establishing it.

Huge credit to Tristyn and Bradley for their hard work transforming the Squeezing pit. The resulting line is high quality and a great test of power endurance. I actually think this is easier than the original Far From Silent start, as the new left foot options open up more efficient beta options. There is still a much bigger jump between Tranquility and the original Low (V9/10), compared to the jump between the Stand and OG Low, so I think soft V11 is fair. Minus star for the scrunchy start for me but stellar compression bloc

Thought this was impossible but turns out all that was missing was a high right heel haha. Super cool left pinch hold. Not sure what this was like pre-break, but should be at least a grade harder than Stormtrooper. Maybe the shorties and tallies can just meet in the middle at V6?
