  Wow - where to start? This line tackles the abandoned start about 10 feet right of Sling Thing. Hard moves off the deck (bolts nice and close) flows into one of the best climbs in Heart Creek. Follow this new line up and right and be rewarded with some downright excellent rock and funky moves. Thanks to Kevin W for the belay and Juan for some brushing. I would end this report there, but about 20 minutes after sending this tonight, a biblical storm blew in and turned a nice night at the crag into a survival epic. Horizontal rain, lightning, thunder, hail - picture this the next time you are up at that tiny ledge way above the creek. We left an old beater rope attached to the rap station - too wet to care and too scared from all the lightning to bother rapping properly. It was a matter of priorities. LOL. PS - there were a couple old bolts and an anchor on this up high. I'm not sure who put these in but from what I can tell the effort was abandoned. If not - apologies - will buy you a beer. The first couple bolts were put in over 10 yrs ago - these have since been moved to support the new line.
