The Mermaid is the leftward neighbor of Tsunami. It doesn’t quite have the awesome rock qualify but it’s a worthy journey nonetheless.

Climb to the top of Thaczuked and take the line of the bolts on the left side of the bivy ledge. If you are strong and bored you can do a direct start via “siren” which was the original vision, but isn’t as natural in my opinion.

Lots of cool climbing awaits with a proper smackdown near the top. A odd crack encounter finishes things up

Currently you need an 80m rope to get back to the Thaczuked anchor, or a full 100 to lower from the top. I will most likely but in another anchor in the spring to make lowering twice with a 70 possible.

Bolting and prep by Vince and Danny. 15 bolts after the Thaczuked ledge. Around 50 meters total.
