Here and Nowhere Else – 5.13b

35m / 115ft, 13 bolts
FA: Danny Poceta - 2024-08-10

Description:

The furthest right route on the wall now. Very close to the waterfall which unfortunately means this route might only be climbable in the late season.

The route starts with some long pulls on good holds to gain a big right facing fin that can be chimney-ed up. Exit the fin up and right and gain the hanging arete with some cool crimping moves. Carry on through good flowstone, pockets, and velcro rock. The anchor is just next to the top of the waterfall so be sure to appreciate the position!

I think this turned out to be a memorable pitch that encapsulates all my favorite aspects of coliseum climbing.

A bit of a constellation prize but I’ll take it. This rig is often wet so if you see it is dry make sure not to miss it.
