  Jennine L'Heureux:   High finger lock in the seam allows you to adjust your feet to where you need. Switch the lock from right to left hand and then use your right hand in a sneaky press to get your feet up high. Jugs above!!

  Tried this one a few years ago when my head game was nonexistent. Even though I’ve been doing a lot better with tallish boulders lately, coming back to this immediately brought back those jitters. Absolutely a mental crux for me way more than physical. Proud to have persevered for the send.
