"J-Y Crag is a popular spot with good climbing and a short approach. The gold-colored rock has a glacial sheen to it with sharp, positive edges allowing progress, keeping the grades at a consistent level. The majority of the routes are primarily bolt protected but most all require some gear." - straight from the Leavenworth Guidebook by Viktor Kramar
Coming in from town on Icicle Road, after mile marker 7 (before 8), with the 8-mile campground on your left, the trail & rock are on your right. Road side parking, no lot. Start with a 25-30ft. steep section that quickly forks, take a right, bringing you into a "meadow" and below some boulders, cross over the log on your left, follow the cairn up top towards the crag.
Here you can add a new climb to the Sendage database.
Please do your best to keep the Sendage database free of duplicates.
Only create a new entry if you can't find the climb in the search results.
If you don't agree with the grade, suggest a new one when you tick the climb off.
Don't intentionally misspell the climb to change the grade!
