A little gem in the forest, really good movement, knee bar definitely shaved off some difficulty from the OG beta. Forrest was able to find some good tall boy beta for the second move, it still feels like 9 to me but if Forrest took v8... then I take v8

3rd Ascent even though the beginning broke off and is totally different. 6 or 7 session of work on this power enduro beast. Sent the line about 5 moves in a week ago but adding a tricky v5 or so in to this was fucking nails. My hardest ascent to date, also my first "real real" 8A. Felt a grade or more harder than Beefy Gecko

Pretty hard for the grade if you ask me, had to make a few extra hand moves and a nasty foot cut to get it done. Also, I think I had the worst punt of my life when I was in the v5 top section

2nd Ascent? Book says to start at these two very contrived crimps about a foot off the ground... fuck that. Also the photo in the guidebook shows it starting on the sidepull rail (also very low) so I started from there. Sam Anglin FA'ed using the same start I did but who knows. Maybe I will come back for the contrived sit start, probably v10 range. Forrest thinks this is about v9/10 and I though v8/9 since it fit my body better because I am smaller so I think v9 is fair.

Another fucking stunner, didn't know it would go so quick. Glad to have put up another Bend classic. 04/04/21 repeat in 3 tries, 65*, temps were awful

3rd ascent? Super morpho monster jump to a compression rail from a decent crimp. Pretty sure I am the smallest capable human to do this beta. Any other beta would be vfuckedup. Duncan nabbed the FA (we think), Forrest first go'ed today and I had an epic battle with not dabbing and the sun. Duncan named it "Hello Kitty" because fuck people who take naming boulders seriously. Definitely v9 with my height but fuck it, we shall call it hard v8

An awesome line, used the heel hook beta instead of the feet first beta.

Fucking epic climb, I have been told stories about this one but did not think it was going to be as perfect as it was in person. I don't know if I had that perfect day, it fit me super well or if its soft as fuck, either way, all the stars, perfect grips. 5 goes

2nd Ascent. Had to try so fucking hard to do this. I could technically span the starting holds but I was scraping my face on the rock... so I started with my left hand on the poopoo sloper a few inches closer to start, also kinda had to crouch start so my legs could reach the starting right heel hook lol. So much frustration went in to climbing this thing. Basically I used 0.1% of Forrest's beta, and 99.9% of stupid beta that eventually worked for me... including the low left shit heel for the crux move. Had to give this one a proper Bend OR taboo upgrade for my beta, height, lack of heel hook skills, etc... Edit: Damn Jesse, you stronk

Rainy day send, glad it didnt take me more than 3 sessions, perfect short project length. Also the bunny with the white butt appeared post send once again

Really good body tension beef bus move down low to fully involved toe hooking and heel hooking after. Nice to climb something that isnt vert micro grabbing

45* board? Must be soft if its not vert

I love board climbing but I can never grade it, who knows
