  3rd asc. Finally... Did the stand in one session... flashed the sit into the stand next session... but didn't actually do the full shebang for 6ish sessions. This session I really had the fitness - I wasn't tired for the last crux move, which meant mentally committing to it was easier. Personally, I'm hesitant to call this my first V11.... we will see as I get more experience
