Start with a high right hand crimp (probably head height or higher), and left hand on a low sidepull/undercling near your hip. It is a little bit of an eliminate, easiest top is to head up and right towards Duke Duke Puke but best to mantle a little higher on the ramp where the better holds are. Eliminating the ramp all together and staying on the face straight up seems possible though a lot harder. Blue line in photos.
