  started low with left hand on pinch and right hand on block while bicycled, bump right to small bad crimp (i think this is the normal start), then bump right again to better crimp, then off you go into the v5. fun swing hitting the jug. Decent problem, not enough moves...so I was trying to start as low as possible.
