  4 sessions. My heels are fairly baggy so this was tricky. Once my shoe got too warm it wouldn't stick. Tried wearing a sock, using a fan on the shoe and switching shoes each go. Ended up going first go of the session when the shoe hadn't been on at all. Excited to try the eliminate versions now.
