larathompson: I go right hand to the nubbin, find a tiny seam for a left foot and cross left to the prow. The move to the lip is big this way but going wide to the right "jug" is too far for me; maybe as a crack climber I'm just better twisting straight upward!

I always avoided this because I didn’t want to do that huge throw. In my second attempt I used the left small slopper crimp and was able to do it pretty statically! Cool climb! -

Five year proj down baby!! Heinously hot this weekend so we spent 4 hours at the lake with Laura, Trip, Sarah, Justin, Natan and Nala, then came here to night session til nearly 1am. Jake was a sad boy cuz he got carried away trying to impress me on the rope swing and got water in his ears. We could hear the sounds of someone throwing a rager in the dreamcatcher cave… turned out it was Tony and friends haha.

My first Squamish V3! I was trying this over and over with bad beta. As soon as I readjusted my right hand to the better part of the hold I was able to send first go! Thanks to Graham for giving me Kim's beta. Fun, dynamic movement.

Careful if your throwing straight for the top with a dyno. Took a little slice off my palm. -
One hard move. then it's over. Pretty good. and with that little tree gone, it's a lot easier to spot if someone swings off getting that left hand off the start hold
