  Nathan attempted the problem, promptly snapping a crimp on the face, tumbling backwards and narrowly averting biblical catastrophe on our first climb of the year at the 'Fields. Using Nathan's newly created hold, a dash of foolhardy courage, and three buddy-taped fingers to prevent further damage to the dangling strings of what's left of my right hand, I sent the V0, releasing a sky rending cry upon reaching the apex, as hundreds of cougars and ravens fled the area in cowardly fear.
