camshute: R toe hook on the start -
NancyS: Hard start on sloper rail. Compression heels helped take the weight off my arms. Big edges and jugs once around the prow. Keep compression heels while laddering up with hands.

Tianna Baker: When heel hooking at the opening move, open hips and forward flag far right, it makes the first cross over move much easier. -
Greg Bauch: With my left hand as high as it goes on the rail I had to do a dyno right hand to a pinch.

Fun. Matching on the starting shelf is the hardest part of this problem, although I've noticed that most people start with a hand under the prow which probably makes life easier.
