Sunglass Prance – 5.10d

25m / 82ft, 9 bolts

Description:

Start on the far right side of the crag with the slabby rock. Pull onto the wall with a sneaky move (stick clip) and follow the stellar corners to the crimpy face climbing section that skirts the small roof above. A fantastic finish up nice laybacks and cracks finishes off this super classic route. **this climb has been retro-d by Daren Tremaine and is not a mixed route, it is fully bolted (and well protected). There is one route immediately right that climbs up the arete feature and then a big crack further right (which marks the end of the crag)

Maybe the best moderate route at the Slocan Bluffs. Engaging, sweet holds, fun movement and a killer crack finish. Climbs dont get much better than this. A mega classic!

Best warm up at the crag. No longer a mixed route (fully bolted).

Tough start, you can use a 0.5 Camelot to protect a runout in the middle.
