  Followed all day. No lead sends. First ever multi-pitch. A magical day with Mike leading the way. Woke up at 4:30, hiked in. Climbed Johnny Vegas to Solar Slabs all the way to the summit & hiked3 hours back to the car. What an adventure for my first multi-pitch!

  30 min approach. 25 min on Solar Slab Gully. 3.5 hours on Solar Slab. 4 hours on the walk off. Did Johnny Vegas in 2014 and was too slow to do SS. Came back for redemption. Lost an hour behind another group but they let us pass at the second station. Linked 1-2, 3-4, 5-8, 9. Walk off was brutal, probably should have worn bigger shoes for the climb and the descent.

  Right-on. Walk off is is where it's at. Doubles work well for the walk off, but a single 70m (60m?) gets the job done.

  2000ft of mega sandstone! MG swappin' on the sharp end. 1/2 hr. in, 4hr. on the wal, l/2 hr. down 1/2hr. out. Zip line simu-rappin each & every pitch; every 60m. Good times keep on keeping.
