colebarber: I started with a left foot chip/smear and threw on a heel after the first move

Simon McPhedran: started with hands crossed. Use a small right foot just under the rail to get the heel on, then pop to the opposing sloper.

Chickened off the top last session and then Amanda showed me easier beta that I should have been doing from the get go! She’s so smart -
Very interesting 'step in' start. Boulder was somehow taller and dirtier than expected. Good way to start the 2026 season! -
Pretty cool ramp feature with very poor starting feet, pulling on and doing the first move was my crux, after that a pretty chill topout. Also did it from a matched start on the low sloper which I enjoyed even more. -
Punted two years ago, felt nice to come back and clean it up pretty quick this time. Super fun but very dirty top.

Can’t believe I hadn’t tried this boulder before. Nice flat landing, the flake to the left felt a bit loose tho so beware. -

I think the grade is very condition dependent but either way fun climb! Top out is definitely looking a little mossy which added some spice.

Great line, classic squamish. Felt like hard 6, but I suspect the high humidity and temperature may have been a factor...

I thought this was quite good. Downclimb is fine. Just traverse a bit and jump on the adjacent boulder. Or use the tree. -

Terrible. Tried to use the heel, until I decided to use the right toe and it went instantly. Downclimb is harder. Not top 100

Fun climb! Glad it went down quickly. Decided to hardcore parkour to the block instead of climbing down the slab.

Tough first move leads to a lot of options. Neat looking block.

Stellar climb, not so stellar downclimb. Beta - Clean this climb thoroughly before topping out.

It was pretty difficult to get started on this one. Quality climb even though the top-out is mossy and the descent is awkward. Wasn't sure how to get down so monkeyed down the leaning tree.. -
