Description:
Stand start with your right hand around the arete on a sloper edge, and your left hand on an edge on the face. Finish as for The Mechanic. It's also possible to sit start this climb though it does not change the grade. FA: Tim Doyle and Vince Chung, 1999
Edit: The right starting handhold was broken sometime in 2024 and further in 2025, now being a true sloper. Starting from a higher right hand is around V4, but the lower hold options feel a bit harder.
