Finally put some real attempts in today and managed to snag the send. Super nice climbing into a big bust at the end. Severely underrated line and easily one of the best of the grade at the Glen. Would get 5 stars if it didn’t put a hole in my left thumb

Cool line, tons of options for beta. Far out left crimp is a bit harsh on the skin. Top move felt scary and committing, but the hold is really incut and good if you get to the right side of it.

This boulder (in passing) always looked like choss to me because I hated No U-Turn. It was on my ticklist and I avoided it But then i tried it - and the moves are really cool! Very good boulder problem. I learned a lot about the mechanics of deadpointing - orienting and aligning your whole body (knees especially) towards the target hold to get as much springiness as possible. At first i was focused on where my feet in the right spot but this boulder taught me that body positioning is much more important than hold selection. Was able to statically and consistently execute all the set up moves with first 5/6 attempts and then took another 5/6 attempts to get the final big deadpoint. Great learning boulder - the bad feet are good because they teach you how to milk em. Only reason not giving it 5 stars is because it's technically an eliminate.
