Plain High Dyno

Starting as per "Plain High Drifter" (V12), this problem heads directly into "High Plains Drifter" (V7), via a pair of powerful moves, to and off of an incut left-hand crimp. The original "Plain High" V12 sequence moves straight up, to a thin right-hand crimp, before moving left to join the same top-out.
