Sustained! It was dry when most of grand wall boulders were wet. Definitely doesn't dry as fast as the apron boulder but faster than most of the boulders under the canopy

what a fun problem. full on, but so rewarding! -
What a battle!! Figured out the start fairly quick but could not drop into that piano match. Had some annoying dabs on good burns which cost a lot. Near the end of my efforts I found the method. Nice private venue 3 minutes from my tent.

i must've used bad feet beta on this because pulling off the ground felt insanely hard. then again, i also was redlining for the rest of the climb too. not sure i took a single breath the whole time, can't believe i stayed on the wall. took 30 minutes to find and about 7 minutes to do. 2nd go, technically

Truly a journey! Many many sessions, but such a joy to work through the ups and downs and progress with Fiona. Last minute decision to pop out there tonight, I was surprised and delighted to finish it off. I’ll miss you Fred 👃❤️

A lone, sweaty, night sesh, after flailing on Golden Standard (couldn’t grip the holds because of my sweaty hands) it was nice to come to Pavelini and grab incuts. Nice tic tac sequence on this aesthetic Bloc. Apparently theres a nice view here. I’d have to come back during the day -

1 session. Went from feeling impossible to easy with some key micro and a funky knee-scum. -
First V7 in Squamish! Great problem, requires lots of tension, felt pretty sustained. Thank you to some kind strangers who showed up with pads.

Really cool private feeling setting for this boulder. First move is a nasty double undercling pull on. The rest of the climb is super fun and varied, just gotta suffer through that start.

One of my favourite boulder problems in Squamish so far! Climbs much better than the fuzz, I think. Great flow, great location (minus the approach..), and a good work out haha -
Pure Tom Thuggery. Once i learned how to establish it went pretty quick. This thing takes more pads than i would have thought.

Punted off the last move a few times. On the 4th session, after a quick warm up, and working a few of the moves, I sent it first go. Pretty stoked as this is a pretty demanding problem. It's not over until you top it out

Thought it was super hard until Shark-bait's mom gave me the beta for the first move. Then it felt pretty chill for the grade.

Worth the hike up. Very sharp crystals, but nice powerful moves not super common in Squamish.

Good problem, fun moves! A bit low, but the ground doesn't get in the way if you're climbing it properly. A touch contrived, as going straight up is a bit easier, but a great addition nonetheless. Plus, solitude.
