adelaidekim:This sounds hella weird but putting a SHALLOW left heel was key. It felt so much easier to open up and rock over than having a deep, solid heel. I had a good deep heel for the opening moves and switched to a shallow heel after I got the right hand on the good hold lol
NancyS:Move left heel to the right most part of the start hold before pulling hard to the left sidepull. Bump left up to crimp once hips are established above heel.
