Near Back Alley Bargain but closer to the river. Start matched in the overhang on the left side of the big rail in the jug. Climb right, left, and up to top out on the slab. There are variations but I believe the easiest route up is to mantle roughly above where you start using the big undercling at the lip.

There are also holds at the bottom which look possible, but I am not sure if you can make the jump into the start without dabbing.
