  stefanjaniszewski:   After making the large left hand push to the second rail and matching, I found it very useful to flag the left leg as far down and left as possible before releasing the right heel in order to avoid the dab. Alternatively, I saw flexible people put up a left heel on the right rail and then transfer the right heel to where the hands are to eliminate almost all swing.
