I'm not sure how others have done it, but I started with my left hand on the nub and right hand on the rail (as per the guidebook) with my feet out to the left. Didn't use the right sloper rail at all. The first move felt insanely hard for a 6. Posted a video for beta reference.
Opted for the right hand span move to the sloper rail of Unecessary Rudeness rather than the dyno to the connected top rail. Felt much easier on the skin catching the sloper rail on sandstone than the 90 degree rail (surprisingly sharp), while being similarly difficult.
