  David Baar:   For me, what works at crux is left hand at high triangular opening in crack, right hand on crimp, layback off left and step right foot then left foot sideways in crack, reach with right hand for good horizontal ledge. The rest of the route is thin/crimps but with some great rests.

  Sent on lead 1 yr ago after working the crux at 3rd bolt out. Went back today to top rope and workout the gear. 1st lead attempt botched the sequence on the upper locks above 2nd horizontal. 2nd burn gear only sent. Excellent route takes a bomber .1 and .2 at the crux, lots of solid .3 placements the rest of the way. Rps might be useful in between the upper locks as a .3 takes away an important hold.

  Thin crack with some inaresting moves at crux above 3rd bolt. Felt harder than it did last year so maybe a hold broke. I suggest 5.12- rather than previously listed 11c but maybe I'm just getting old.
