Description:

~100m East of Chossorama, on the north side of Old Frank Road is a mini-valley with flattish grassy approach. Lizard Head is on the west side of that valley when facing north.
The photo in BITCR 1st Edition is of the EAST Face (not the one facing the road, per se.)
