  jack the chipper:   Left foot on the start crimp, right pressing/smearing on the flat wall. Left hand was on little block pinch. The mental queue for me was just trying to dynamically reach up and grab just above the slot; fingers then fell into the slot as my hand was moving towards the wall. This kept my body close enough to the wall to latch. Feet therefore stayed on until the last few inches of the jump so more control. Yay for dyno technique.

  500th send of 2023!! Felt very hard for me, could never do the dyno so I found a static beta and it finally went, spent TOO god damn long on this boulder

  Foot position was key to this feeling on-grade. Height helps but not make-or-break imo. Very fun!

  Technically this will have been my longest standing project, I have tried it at least 5 times every time I headed up to Buddha this winter so I must have done 150+ attempts. Today with some Tim Mcgraw blasting I finally stuck that goddam (low percentage) slot jug! Oh Baby!!
