A lower start to State of the Art Low. Basically, it sit startss down and left from SotA low on a good low right hand undercling and a baddish pinch sidepull. A really good pedestal foot is a good indicator of where it starts. One long lunge move puts your right hand on one of the start holds for SotA low. Then bad feet and a very dabby section leads to scrunchy positions to get all the way into SotA low.
