  tula_sherkat:   Pull hard and try not to get pumped. For a rest, the tufa that points to the right (it's after the bottom crux), I stuck my right knee into the gap between the tufa side and the wall. I then put my left foot on the same tufa and shiftd my weight over to the left so I could balence. No hands rest!
