Joy Division extension

V9/10. Sit-start and climb as per "Joy Division", but join and finish as per "Trundle extension". *problem was established prior to the moving of a massive dab block to the right, hence the choice of original start holds. It is now possible to add a start from "Ode to Joy", which would add some difficulty.
