Lena laitinen: I’m 5’7” and could keep the right drop knee foot when hitting the jug; it just takes a long time to find the positiong that works well for your body to get into the drop knee, but it doesn’t have to be a big low percentage dyno! -

I personally didn't enjoy the scrunchy positions on this but I have notoriously bad hipflexor mobility. I think more mobile or shorter folk tend to do better on this. I can't imagine how awkward this must feel for actual tall people. Besides that, the movement is actually ok -

dont know how its a V7 in the guidebook but was a nice ego boost, did it both sitting and crouching and felt pretty much the same in difficulty.

That dunk move slaps! So much fun. Tricky awkward start leads to a sick drop knee and then a cool dynamic move . Loved it! -

2019-05-05i've seen a lot of videos with the sit start cheated. doing it properly adds a bit of mustard i assume but still probably not a 7 -
Very fun! The movement is very satisfying and this problem has so much going on. Definitely a classic in my books.

First problem with a "dyno" symbol! -
Hard one to grade. Could get the drop knee but still had to do the double grab dyno. Appears to be harder for tall kids. -
Super fun dynamic finish move! V7 in the guidebook but likely closer to 5 or 6.

Nothing seemed to be working... until I tried some knee droppy goodness. Bit squishy for the taller climbers, but you'll be able to reach the next move easier. Fun Movement.
