  strange pumpy link up in the black cave, but good training. was a good oppourtuntiy to dial in that opening sequence, which I find awkward and uncomfortable. I also did it without kneepad this time. Feels definitely harder than "The Phoenix" but a step below "Karasu" so 11 should be about right?

  Cool link up. Did it first try after sending Metamorphosis. Hard for me to call it a flash because theyre all link ups of boulders Ive already done but it was technically first attempt linking into Phoenix. Psyched regardless

  Not so great since the breakage. Would've been the Glens first 8B if it wasn't for people having campfires under the boulder. Adds a shoulder/tension heavy v8/10 into The Phoenix. I wish it didn't break...
