Cheeky heel toe cam -
Muscle up way if you can do it is much less painful. Lost a lot of skin on my forearms and knees trying to heel. I also don't understand the point of eliminating the right arete since some people are too short to reach straight to the top after standing on the ledge. The crux is in the mantle, not the top.
