This rambling gear route lies just left of the bolted face of 'Disparu.' In Greek mythology, Elysian Fields is the final resting place of the souls of the heroic and blessed. Pitch 1 - (5.10c, SR, 30m) Climb a dihedral about 5 metres right of 'Slow Pitch.' From the top, ramble up and along a rightward traverse to a belay anchor. Pitch 2 - (5.11b, 4 bolts, SR, 25m) Trend left past bolts and up a gear-protected face to the summit of The Prow. Rappel to descend. FA P1: Kevin Mclane, 1989; FA P2; Dave Lane, 1997.
