Diagnosis

Start on the two lowest rightwards facing rails on the bottom right of the boulder (just left of Incidental Finding). Paste the feet, move up through good holds and perform a somewhat slopey topout with good feet. Found on the right boulder of the pair of boulders just past Bumps and below Hedonism.
