Description:
Climb Tessellation until bolt 8 then quest into Surf Park. Clip the final bolt of Surf Park and finish as for Nazaré. A bolt has since been added to the runout traverse.

2021-04-26Fell at the very end of this a week before. After discussion with Nic, decided to add a bolt to the runout section. While bolting I also tidied up a loose hold which left a juglet underneath. This takes the bite out of the crux leaving Tesselation and probably lowers the grade. -
2021-04-10 (FA)A contrived but fun linkup put up while finishing up the crag. Originally there was no bolt in the traverse from Tessellation to Surf Park, hence the name Cape Fear (also keeping with the surf theme). I had thought 12D at the time, but realistically it is likely low C. A new hold appeared at the end of the Tessellation crux, making the traverse easier, and I think the bolt takes away some of the fear factor that had me over gripping in the early season.
