  JohnD:   Finger tips were so beaten and sore from that crimp rail, I figured out a way to use the crescent shaped undercling below it to move into the start position for Alien, then finish up. Reachy but much less painful!

  Definitely confused about whether the "horn" is in. Doesn't feel like V5 at all if it is. Feels really hard if you're supposed to go straight up from the seam though?

  The climb was decent but the ending of the climb and how it is described in the book were incredibly unclear. In question is the use of a fairly chalked up "horn" as a hold. Using it makes the climb seem easier than a V5; not using it makes it seem much more difficult and arbitrary because you've already used much of the wall underneath to get up. It's hard for me to describe without pictures, but I compromised by using the flat section underneath the horn for a foot placement and not the horn itself. I am logging as a soft V5 send, but could be easier?

  Started seated from the juggy side pull. Traversed low and right into the cool seam then straight up into the slightly committing slab top out. Not sure if i officially bagged the fa but i couldnt find any info on this otherwise
