Riverside Boulder
Description:
A beautiful erratic with an overhanging face and some slab. It is marked by a sign post as you cross a bridge.
Directions:
From the Taylor Rd/Muskoka District Road 42 exit in Bracebridge, take Highway 11 North for approximately 6.5 km until you see signs for the BRMC. Take the turnoff on the right side of the highway and drive down the laneway to the main parking area. This is the North Lot, not to be mistaken with the South Lot (off of Holiday Park Dr.). From the North Lot, hike the Main loop trail to Trail 2A for roughly 1.5 km until you see the Riverside Boulder.
