Loveland is a collection of scattered boulders and crags on the hillsides above the washes north of Split Rock. Established largely in the 1980s, the area features slab, face, and crack climbs on generally good-quality rock, including the classic Vector (5.11c). While close to Split Rock, access can be rugged, with boulder hopping and desert terrain rewarding those willing to make the effort.
