Jackrabbit Wall
Description:
This is a short crag with some interesting climbs. Unfortunately, it gets overlooked often because of its location and size, so some of the climbs need a scrub. It is also slow to dry and quick to grow moss, but it makes for a great quick hit and practice crag.
Directions:
Follow the main trail to the mouth of the canyon. Approximately 20m before the trail turns right to descend into the main climbing area, look for a trail that branches left (east), backtracking towards the parking lot. Follow this trail for approximately 200m to a rocky crag on the right. This is Jackrabbit Wall. Follow a faint trail along a grassy bench and through a small stand of trees to reach the wall. Approach Time: 15min roughly.
