This long cliff with friable rock is currently the most underdeveloped area in Skaha Bluffs. Considering the cliff's size there's a relatively small collection of routes here, but the sunny, open ambience is pleasant and solitude is almost guaranteed. If you choose to amke the trek to this crag, bring a rack to maximize your options and don't leave without having a go at the unique 'Pretzel Man' overhang.
Conditions:
This cliff line faces southeast and catches plenty of morning and midday sun. There's no tree shade to speak of so expect maximum sun exposure unless you are here late in the day.
From the south end of Evergreen Drive, hike around the yellow gate on the left and quickly turn right to hike around a second yellow gate. Watch for a trail that breaks left and dips down beside a small pond. Follow this trail (Brian's Canoe Trail) southward through a brushy canyon until it merges with a dirt road. Walk uphill to a four-way road intersection, turn left and continue uphill along the steep, loose Gas Line Road for 10-15 minutes to reach 'Winds of Change' sector at the west end of Bedrock City. This crag can also be approached from the southern parking lots by questing along a faint trail on a grassy bench norht of Claim-It-All Wall. However, this is a considerably longer and more involved mission than coming up from Evergreen Drive.
