About 35 km north of town, beyond Paradise Valley, you’ll find excellent granite bouldering spread across several areas along the Squamish River.
*A 4x4 vehicle is recommended.*
To get there, head north from Squamish on the Sea-to-Sky Highway and take the Alice Lake exit, following signs toward Paradise Valley. At the junction near Fergie’s, keep left toward Squamish Valley. After passing a horse ranch, the road becomes gravel. When you see the grizzly bear sign, turn left and cross the Squamish River via a large wooden bridge. Continue past the Sigurd Creek trailhead. There are several pullouts along the road that provide access to different climbing zones.
