- 5.10dthe warmup. a nice mix of holds and some pumpy climbing, think I did this thing like 5 times
- 5.10dwithout the "stone" this thing is way pumpier and more consistent...which again made it a great warmup. felt awesome on aquarius later
- 5.11agot on it cause will was psyched. cool moves in the roof on weird facing holds with the potential to be cool...but its awkward

5.10bcool lil slab crux. don't clip that stray bolt that barely protrudes from the rock out right. - 5.10ccool full rose move at the top. great warm up
- 5.10bdecent rock that turns to very good. nice runout on easier terrain
- 5.12c ↑found my style. consistent route, a 60 foot long face of slightly overhung v2 tech crimping on perfect, choss free granite with a last move crux, as should be the case with any mega-classic sustained route. 40 ish moves with no rest. surprised myself with second go, given that it felt kinda hard for the cats and it had some big moves but who knows. great feeling, great day
- 5.12b ↑power endurance boulder classic. with some more choss cleaning to the left of the flake this thing is so 3 stars. mike did an iron cross, but nick and I used a real small crimper. fantastic movement all the way through and a hero finish. nicks got this guy next time!
- 5.12b ↓classic, 11- feature juggin to a weird rest and a cool crimp tension crux. cruxy don't mean not classic!! loved it. took me longer than storm, seemed tough. quality patina granite. a unique experience for sport whippin. thought it deserved the nod on da grade due to the hardness of the crux.
- 5.12acool climbing, pumpy. frustrating. spent many a go falling in the dihedral with bad beta...first go with the good beta.
- 5.12a ↑best 12a in rifle? steep jugs, sweet mantle crux, hanging rests, a little arete to remind you that you're still in rifle, then some perfect limestone face clambin. 3rd go after some frustrating beta runs. rifle is hard!
- 5.12cpost break, upping the difficulty a bit through the first section. just perfect. sidepull crimps, a jump move, jugging, sit down, tricky dihedral/kneebar/refrigerator slapping. 3 days on it and first go today after hanging the draws. rifle fitness

- V8so satisfying! worked beta curiously and found some cool and teeny holds to execute the crux with. a perfect vertical wall. might be easier with the new method, but that's for others to decide...somewhat tall as well.
- 5.12a ↑amazing. perfect blue and orange limestone, continuous all the way to the anchors. probably spent 15 minutes on the send on this thing...hardest 12a i've ever done by far. used the big throw beta. bastard stepchild next trip...or i guess when i move to salt lake
- 5.12blow crimps and a small roof led to a super cool gaston crux. rock quality and holds were amazing on this one....wish it was longer! chatfield is a great crag, love the gneiss here. good day out with da lukesta, he fired the arete quickly and did all da hard moves on this one...and he found the good beta in the crux!
