Good to get the blood flowing. Maybe a wee bit harder than that other 5.10d, but accurate for the grade. Unsure about the top crux; seemed harder than 5.10 to go left and the only good hold is a loose block. Ended up going slightly right which may have cheated the move?

Missed a hold and biffed the onsight. Oh well. Easy fix for next time redpoint.

Did the 5.9 bottom section. Apparently the top is 11a? Or 10b? Unsure. Good, casual warmup.

Took at the crux after fumbling with gear and getting foot stuck... Not my prettiest attempt. Should go easy next time if I don't faff. Returned on Sept 6 and it went easy with no foot sticking.

Thoughtful big moves leads up a roof into a short but delicate section to gain the chains.

Redpointed last year but can't recall date. Jumped on it again today for fun and was happy I did. Great crux sequence, bolting and overall route cleaning!

Finally figured out smooth beta for upper crux, but man am I tired ...

Got a taste of this (only leading upper half) and will be back for more punishment.

Very pumpy and hard to link. Figured out all the pieces, but linking them is difficult due to limited endurance. I've tried both variations to gain the anchor: left to a very slippery hueco pocket as well as directly up the chains using the mono pocket and thin crimps. The right seemed easier this last time. Need to find a way to use the mid route knee bar better.

Fun climbing. Lots of fine dirt falls on lower holds, but the upper holds are clean. Removed a bunch of dirt and will make sure to bring additional brushes next time. Seemed easier than 5.10a even with dirty lower holds, but I'm garbage with grades so... It's fun and was great to climb on.

Very confused on the route finding. Went out to do Ears Between, but decided to go far left, over an easy ramp, and into a fun dihedral hand/fist crack system (5.9+/5.10-). Then proceeded up a featured chimney with loose death blocks and into a hard off-width move made more difficult by a loose foothold that was off-limits (5.10b). Final pitch was an unprotected chimney with limited features (5.10b?) and a romp to the top of the west ear. There was thankfully belay rings that brought us to the backside of the ear, leading us then to other belays down the scrambley face.

Got off route from Surfs Up after pitch 2 and headed left up interesting terrain to finish last few pitches. Wild route finding and adventure during rain and hail.

Great climbing with a good landing. You can do all the climbs on this boulder with one pad. Hot day with sweaty top out, but it goes smooth.

Easy 5.9 Trad climbing to a defined 5.10c bolt-protected crux followed by easier Trad climbing.

Fantastic trad climbing. Eats up small gear and nuts, thoughtful moves, and good stances for placing.

Single rack up to #4 was good if bumping gear. The top has some loose blocks.

Felt smooth and easy this time so I did some laps. Excellent heel-work opens this climb up considerably. Great warm-up at this beautiful spot. Rock is hard on the fingers, so don't wear out your skin too much before jumping on the other great climbs.

Holds have broken since the FA. It was once a solid V4, but the finish has become harder due to a partially broken crimp.
