  Starting at the Empire start doesn’t make sense. It would make this climb like a V6 or 7 in itself. Not sure I did this right either. I started at the jug with low feet, got the left heel on, used the right hand side pull followed by a left hand micro crimp then bumped the left to the Juggy rail and topped out left because the middle looked gross (though I would try this again) - but didn’t necessarily make it easier. So I would try it again. Giving it a V5, call me weak, but we all agreed it feels more accurate. Way more fun than Empire though!

  I thought it climbed just fine without much dab potential. Just heel hook. And the exit out right was good with a hidden side pull.

  Agree with Sandro about start hold. Also think it make sense to exit out the left side of the boulder as opposed to straight up through the mossy slab.

  Pretty meh climb. I used a micro crimp and bumped left but if you do the other beta and use the holds out right it seems like it is dabby af. Empire was the better line imo

  Perhaps better than Empire. Less cramped anyway. IDK about the start in the AB Bouldering book. It makes way more sense to just start on the jug at the base of the lime, which is hard enough,. Doing the sketchy dabby traverse with the big block that smashes your head if you cut too soon is unappealing.
