  Personal grade. I found this around the same difficulty as Poison Control and Splinter. SNBIII lists it as height dependent and grade unconfirmed. I didn't find it height dependent, but I did use a right heel hook that's technically right on the top of "st. louis". Seemed logical to me for my height as opposed to a far reach off the sloping dish. Pogo'd the top.
